What is your biggest gym Pet Peeve?
For me, It’s squat form! I can’t stand watching people squat. The rounded backs, the rising heels, the 1/16th squats, the ignorance and general bad form KILLS ME! Girls do 1254 half squats with pink dumbbells and guys try to hit 2-300lbs doing a quarter squat and think they are the shit.LEARN HOW TO SQUAT DEEP AND CORRECT PEOPLE!!! Just thinking about it makes me angry haha.
